- Your booking is completed/secured once you make a payment.
- You cannot cancel booking directly through the website. If you want to cancel you need to contact us stating the date of your booking.
- You can cancel and get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session.
- You can cancel within 48 hours of the session and get a full refund if the particular session is NOT fully booked at the time of your cancellation.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the session which is fully booked you will only get a refund if someone else books your space.
- You can only have one cancellation within a 30-day period. If you have more than one cancellation within a 30-day period you only get a refund if someone else books your space, regardless when you cancelled the session.
