CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Your booking is completed/secured once you make a payment. 
2. You cannot cancel booking directly through the website. If you want to cancel you need to contact us stating the date of your booking.
3. You can cancel and get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session. 
4. You can cancel within 48 hours of the session and get a full refund if the particular session is NOT fully booked at the time of your cancellation.
5. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session which is fully booked you will only get a refund if someone else books your space.
6. You can only have one cancellation within a 30-day period. If you have more than one cancellation within a 30-day period you only get a refund if someone else books your space, regardless when you cancelled the session.
