- Your booking is completed/secured once you make a payment. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after payment is made.
- You cannot cancel your booking directly through the website. If you want to cancel, you need to contact us by replying to the original booking confirmation email!
- You can only get a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of the session. You will be refunded the full amount minus the PayPal transaction fee
